7,500 sq ft of living, lit by jaali screens that filter the South Indian sun. A coffered timber ceiling, a checkered marble floor, and a wall of turned-wood discs anchor the central double-height living room.

Listening first

We spend more time on the site, with the brief, and with the family than most studios do drafting. The plan emerges from that.

Climatic logic

Orientation, openings, and shading are not afterthoughts. They are the first decisions we make on any plate.

Honest material

Stone, lime, brick, and timber from within 300 km of the site, where the structural language allows.

Built to last

We design at the detail level — joints, drips, transitions — because that is what survives weather and time.
